My vision is to create food that is both subtle and complex; each individual ingredient is thoughtfully hand chosen and fully expressed in a balance of colors, textures, and flavors. Growing up in a Persian Jewish home kitchen, the influence of Middle Eastern flavor profiles and aesthetic are deeply rooted in all my dishes.
I have two degrees that inform my artistic culinary approach. One, in nutrition from Bauman College and the other, in vocal jazz improvisation from San Francisco State University. This has inspired me to create a unique food experience that is musical, full of harmony and all the while, founded in smart and cutting edge nutrition science.
My greatest passion is to create mouth watering food of optimal nutritional value for your unique health needs. Because life should be that good and delicious!
