I also cook with pasture raised meats, wild seafood, and bone broth as a base, if desired. For fats: olive oil, coconut oil, and ghee, and on occasion, avocado oil on low heat. I do all the fine work of choosing the best of the best ingredients sourcing produce – packed with flavor and alive nutrients. And naturally, I cook the food in the most optimal way, to maximize the food's superior nutrition. All this with an artistic approach to presentation.
