*QUALITY SLEEP:
(Restful – feel refreshed when you wake up); Night time is the right time (melatonin).

*GOOD FOOD, EATING WELL, & H20
(Eat the rainbow, make sure to chew, eat at a consistent schedule, eat until you are just about full)

*COMMUNITY / FAMILY / CAMARADERIE
(Cultivate your own based on your values / interests)

*MEDITATION – “CREATIVE FLOW” – EQUANIMITY

*COMPASSION / KINDNESS / WARMTH & AFFECTION

*ROUTINE / STRUCTURE / RITUALS

*PRODUCTIVITY / HARD WORK / PURPOSE / SERVICE
